Our Experience And Interest In The Four PCIA Central Focus Areas
- In promoting use of improved stoves, people tend to say that they don't warm themselves. They can't rost potatoes ect...
We are much interested in this. One of the components of our Project is about income generating activities and marketing around improved stoves. We have trained 1200 women in income generarting activities, small project elaboration and its management
With support from PCIA, in this November Aprovecho will organise stove cooking tests and possible adjastements will be operated in order to make our stove standardized.
One of project objectives is to desseminate stoves that prevent users to e exposed to much cooking smoke, we are interested to make sure about our contribution in reducing indoor air pollution. In the visit of Aprovecho, we will also monitor that reduction.
