Mission

Low-cost Technologies must hit the ground as soon as possible and put into use. We must rely more on field results than those derived in labs.

I am a small scale manufacturer interested in not to participate in any statistical or scientific researches, but in providing feedback from the field. These results may vary place to place and will help scientists to customize/ localize/ popularize the appliances. I feel strongly that PCIA will need persons like me in plenty to reach every pockets.
