Research Paper: Effects of Cooking Fuels on Acute Respiratory Infections in Children in Tanzania
Scientists at Yokohama National University in Japan have published a paper on the "Effects of Cooking Fuels on Acute Respiratory Infections in Children in Tanzania". The paper provides a good example of how national demographic and health surveys can be used to collect and analyze data on cooking patterns and health. It may be of particular interest to PCIA Partners in Tanzania.
