**Please note: For arrivals after Friday March 20, please do NOT use this form, as your request will not be received in time. Alternatively, you may make room arrangements after you arrive at the Speke, although you will be responsible for your own transport to the Speke Resort, and shared room options may no longer be available.

All participants are responsible for their own lodging payments to the Speke Resort, which can be made by cash or credit card, and will include an 18% tax on top of quoted rates. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard there is a surcharge of 5%. Payments by American Express are also subject to a 5% surcharge plus an additional US$10. No other cards are accepted.

All participants staying at the Speke may also arrange complimentary transportation to the hotel on this form-- please enter your flight information below ALONG WITH your information above. If your flight is delayed, or changed, the Speke may not be able to take you as planned, so please arrive prepared to pay for a taxi if necessary (US$40-45, to be negotiated with taxi driver before getting in).
