The poster deadline has been extended to Monday, January 17th!
The 5th Biennial PCIA Forum will feature a poster session on Tuesday, February 22, 2011. The Forum poster session is an opportunity for you to network and share interesting program approaches and results with other participants. The posters will remain on exhibit during coffee breaks throughout the Forum. We will provide an easel for you to display your poster or story board (if you prefer this type of display). There will also be space to display stoves and other printed materials.
If you will print/assemble a poster or story board yourself and bring it with you to the Forum, please send us a confirmation message to forumposters@pciaonline.org by January 17th, so that we can ensure space is reserved for your poster.
If you would like PCIA to print your poster for you, please use the appropriate poster template below and email an electronic copy of your poster in Powerpoint (rather than pdf) to us at forumposters@pciaonline.org no later than Monday, January 17th. Posters will be printed on ISO AO Paper. Please be sure that any logos or images are of high enough resolution to be printed at this size. Please also email us with any questions.
Posters may be submitted/displayed in English or Spanish.
We have prepared a separate poster template for each region (Africa, Asia and Latin America), as well as a global template for those organizations who may implement programs in multiple regions. Posters will be grouped by region to facilitate and strengthen regional networking among participants. To download the template please click on the appropriate template link below, and choose “Save” (rather than “Open”). Once saved on your own computer, you can begin to add your information to the template.
We look forward to receiving and displaying your posters at the 2011 PCIA Forum!
